    Note: Due date not specified. 1Sp2001 c 9 art. 11 s 4 added a child maltreatment reporting requirement. Starting in 2016, the Child Welfare report was broken up into 2 different reports, one on Child Maltreatment and one on Children in Out-of-Home Care. 2022 Minn. Laws Chap. 98 Art. 14 Sec. 27 amended this mandate to set an expiration date of January 1, 2032. 2022 Minn. Laws Chap. 98 Art. 14 Sec. 28 amended Minn. Stat. 260.775 to require that the information required under that mandate also be included in this mandate's annual report on child maltreatment and children in out-of-home placement. 2022 Minn. Laws Chap. 98 Art. 14 Sec. 29 amended Minn. Stat. 260E.24 Subd. 6 to require that the information required under that mandate also be included in the annual report on child maltreatment required under this mandate, with an expiration date for this provision of January 1, 2032. 2022 Minn. Laws Chap. 98 Art. 14 Sec. 30 amended Minn. Stat. 260E.38 Subd. 3 to require that the information required under that mandate be included in the annual report on child maltreatment and on children in out-of-home placement in this mandate.
