    Note: 2007 Minn. Laws Chap. 144 Art. 2 Sec. 6 is an early law mandating this report. 2013 Minn. Laws Chap. 99 Art. 2 Sec. 3 changed this from an independent report to part of their biennial budgets. The separate report requirement was repealed.
