Function:

Advise Minnesota commissioner of administration on matters relating to small business procurement program; review complaints or grievances from small business vendors and contractors attempting to do business under the program; reviews compliance reports.

History:

In 1987 language that prohibited council members from being reimbursed for expenses was stricken. The council expired on June 30, 2003.
