    Note: The report requirement is amended by 2001 MN Laws Chap. 9 Art. 5 Sec. 31. (2023 Health Legislative Report Sunsets) (2022 Human Services Legislative Report Sunsets) No due date is specified but agency intends to publish end of the calendar year going forward from 2013. They did not do a report in 2011. 2014 Minn. Laws Chap. 192 Art. 2 Sec. 1 changed this mandate. They must post this information on their website annually and report to the legislature biennially. [This changed again in 2022; see below] "Complaint Investigations of Minnesota Health Care Facilities" changed names to "Maltreatment Report: Vulnerable Adults in Minnesota Health Care Facilities" (8/11/2014, rp) Amended by 2022 Minn. Laws Chap. 98 Art. 14 Sec. 32 to repeal the biennial report requirement, leaving only the annual online posting requirement.
