    Note: Originally this was due annually by January 1 and July 1 under 2022 Minn. Laws Chap. 39 Sec. 2(a). As amended by 2023 Minn. Laws Chap. 68 Art. 4 Sec. 106, there is now a quarterly report mandate under 2022 Minn. Laws Chap. 39 Sec. 2(c) that became effective October 1, 2023. 2023 Minn. Laws Chap. 68 Art. 4 Sec. 106 also amended 2022 Minn. Laws Chap. 39 Sec. 2(a) to add two required elements of the biannual reporting mandate: total expenditures on the project to date; and the total project cost estimate. 2022 Minn. Laws Chap. 39 Sec. 2(a) as originally enacted already required these elements in the biannual report: (1) total expenditures on the project during the previous six months as compared to projections; (2) total expenditures on the project anticipated over the next six months; and (3) any change in the date of anticipated project completion.
