    Note: Mandate is for replacement service providers who have received federal funds via the Metropolitan Council to report to the Legislature. Reports are due annually on February 15 until all federal funds are expended. "Federal funds" means any funding received by the Metropolitan Council, and allocated to replacement service providers under Minn. Stat. 473.388, from the federal government pursuant to any federal law, rule, grant, or loan relating to COVID-19, including but not limited to the CARES Act. Minnesota Valley Transit Authority did not spend federal COVID-19 Funds in FY22. As of Feb. 29, 2024, the City of Plymouth has nothing further to report and does not expect to in the future. The City of Maple Grove/Maple Grove Transit says no federal funds were received or expended in 2023, so they have nothing to report as of February 2024. As of February 2025, all federal funds have been expended, according to one of the agencies mandated to publish reports under this law.
