Agenda: Among the significant measures before the committee, SF 3517 redefines what constitutes "driving while impaired," and SF 2615 would prohibit the construction and use of private prisons in Minnesota. The City of St. Cloud would house a gang strike task force (SF 3532), and a Forensic Laboratory Oversight Commission would be created (SF 3273).
