Agenda: Four bills relating to ATV use in Minnesota are before the committee:

SF 3348 - allows youth to take ATV training when they are 11 years old, but their certificate is effective when they are 12 years old; SF 3053 - allows deer hunters to use their ATV on their private land during the deer hunting season; SF 3462 - altering the allocation formula dedicating a portion of the sales tax to off-road vehicle and ATV trail development; SF 3378 - reversing a decision made last year that allows off-highway vehicles to be used on non-designated trails in northern forests.
