Midtown Exchange (00:48:14); SF 670 - preventing local ordinances from discriminating against owners parking motorized vehicles (01:20:30): SF 1089 - Creating a revolving account for purchasing traffic signs and SF 1125 - Allowing peace officers to use their class D license to operate other vehicles (02:52:20).
