Agenda: The Minnesota Department of Transportation contracts with over 200 concrete suppliers for road construction, and recently they required concrete suppliers to computerize their plants to control the concrete mixtures and to issue compliance reports. SF 300, a bill that would exempt smaller producers from computerizing their plants is before the committee. (00:08:13) Other measures before the committee include:

SF 633 - Permitting Metro Mobility buses to use freeway shoulders during rush hour (00:05:08); SF 530 - Allowing the display of lighted slow moving vehicle signs (00:48:01); SF 685 - Returning Legislative Route 143 to Kandiyohi County (00:01:33).
