Text: 2025 Special Session Workgroup Plan1. All outstanding budget areas will continue negotiations to finalize agreements acting as aworkgroup b:ginning May 20'h, 2025.2. Workgroups are made up of those conferees appointed during the regular session. Ifconferees have not yet been appointed, leaders will appoint the workgroup membersconsistent in number as a regular session conference committee.3. Workgroups will function as much like a conference committees as possible, includingholding publ;c meetings and meeting in person. Workgroups will involve commissionersand agency officials consistent with ci1e global target agreement dated May 14th•4. Workgroups are encournged to present offers at least twice daily. Workgroups areencouraged to exchange offers simultaneously. Offers should match tl1e targets andagreements outlined in the global target agreement.5. Workgroups will have until 5pm on Wednesday, May 21" to complete their negotiations,sign spreadsheets and sign-off on language.
