Line Item: Sec. 57: $125.00 To reimburse F. P. McDonald for the loss of a horse at Camp McCoy, WI used in the training of the 59th Field Artillery Brigade, Minnesota National Guard.


Line Item: Sec. 75: $10,000.00 To compensate C.R. McLean for completing construction of a road through Jay Cook [sic] State Park.


Line Item: Sec. 87: $1,845.73 To compensate J.L. Shiely Company for extra work required in excavating at the State Prison, to be paid out of the prison revolving fund.
