• Benjamin Wetherill Brunson - He became a member of the Judiciary Committee when it was re-organized on January 29, 1851.
• John Wesley North (Chair) - He became Chair of the Judiciary Committee on January 29, 1851 when it was re-organized.
• Edmund Rice (Chair) - He was excused from serving as Chair and stopped being a member of the Judiciary Committee on January 29, 1851 when it was re-organized.
