This mandate requires the Minn. Board of Dietetics and Nutrition Practice to submit a report to the Health-Related Licensing Boards Administrative Services Unit by October 15 of each even-numbered year.
The Health-Related Licensing Boards Administrative Services Unit then compiles reports from health-related licensing boards in a summary report that must be submitted to the Governor, the Minn. Dept. of Health, the Legislature and the Minn. Legislative Reference Library, by December 15 of each even-numbered year, as mandated by Minn. Stat. 214.07 Subd. 2.
