    Note: Report is to be done in conjunction with each revision of the statewide multimodal transportation plan: "Within one year of each revision of the statewide multimodal transportation plan under subdivision 1a, the commissioner must prepare a 20-year statewide highway investment plan ..." 2017 Minn. Laws. Spec. Sess. 1 Chap 3 Art 3 Sec. 93 changed the due date of the statewide multimodal transportation plan to January 15, 2022, and every five years thereafter. (cs 9/21)
