Report is to be submitted to to the Legislative Inspector General Advisory Commission
Under 2026 Minn. Laws Chap. 192 Art. 1 Sec. 17 Subd. 3, the first edition of this report is due February 1, 2028, and must include:
1) the current number of positions authorized by the Office of the Inspector General, by job classification;
(2) the number of positions under clause (1) that the Office of the Inspector General has filled; and
(3) any staffing changes the Office of the Inspector General anticipates during calendar year 2028
