Report that identifies: (1) a detailed accounting of the use of the grant to facilitate participation of National Guard, reserve, and active duty military members and veterans in apprenticeship programs registered with the Minn. Dept. of Labor and Industry and connect these members and veterans to career training and employment in the building and construction industries; and (2) the number and demographics of individuals served by the grant.
