Description:	Written recommendations for: 1) community supervision standards/definitions; 2) risk screener/assessment tools or 5-level matrix; 3) assessment-driven, formalized, collaborative case planning goals on criminogenic/behavioral health needs for moderate- & high-risk individuals; 4) standard conditions for individuals on supervision related to the individual's offense & special conditions for high-risk & -need individuals; 5) gender-responsive, culturally appropriate & trauma-informed services; 6) incentives/sanctions grid of responses to supervised client behavior; 7) performance indicators for supervision success/recidivism; 8) training, coaching & quality assurance overseen by a practices coordinator; 9) outcomes evaluation for services provided by grant recipients; 10) plan to eliminate financial penalty on jurisdictions discharging an individual from supervision before term concludes; and 11) proposed state-level Community Supervision Advisory Board
