Description: Report, if Minn. Pollution Control Agency deadlines exceed the limits below, explaining how deadlines were established and why these deadlines are not attainable: - Decision on the need for an environmental impact statement made no later than 18 months after the environmental assessment worksheet is deemed complete by the Minn. Pollution Control Agency, when an environmental assessment worksheet is prepared for an eligible project for which an environmental impact statement is not mandatory; or - Decision on the adequacy of a final environmental impact statement made no later than four years after the data submitted for the environmental assessment worksheet is deemed complete, when an environmental impact statement is prepared for an eligible project that does require the Minn. Pollution Control Agency to prepare an environmental assessment worksheet or an environmental impact statement
