Description:	Report detailing the purchase of nitrogen fertilizer by state agencies and strategies to meet the nitrogen fertilizer reduction goal that by no later than January 1, 2030, state agencies will reduce the purchase of nitrogen fertilizer by 25 percent from the level first reported in the edition of this report published February 1, 2025.
