Note: Participants in a stakeholders working group of farmers; representatives of agricultural organizations; experts in geoscience, carbon storage, greenhouse gas modeling, and agricultural economics; industry representatives with experience in carbon markets and supply chain sustainability; and representatives of environmental organizations with expertise in carbon sequestration and agriculture must be given an opportunity to include written testimony to the legislative committees in the Minn. Dept. of Agriculture's report. To the extent practicable, the stakeholder working group must include but is not limited to farmers; representatives of agricultural organizations; experts in geoscience, carbon storage, greenhouse gas modeling, and agricultural economics; industry representatives with experience in carbon markets and supply chain sustainability; and representatives of environmental organizations with expertise in carbon sequestration and agriculture by farmers who implement clean water, climate-smart, and soil-healthy farming practices
