Report on the use of all appropriations for the benefit of the University of Minnesota's health sciences schools and colleges, including:
(1) changes to the University of Minnesota's anticipated uses of each appropriation;
(2) the results of performance measures to ensure funds are dedicated to the successful achievement of the identified goals, outcomes, and purposes; and
(3) current and anticipated achievement of the goals, outcomes, and purposes of each appropriation
