    Description: Recommendation on the feasibility of an outpatient reimbursement mechanism for Medical Assistance coverage of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) cannulation performed outside an inpatient hospital setting or in a self-contained mobile ECMO unit, and, if feasible, legislative language; but If such a payment mechanism is infeasible, then an explanation as to why it is infeasible.
