Description: Report on final cost to administer each grant in these program areas: energy resources; "Made in Minnesota," microgrid research and application; Granite Falls Hydroelectric Generating Facility; electric vehicle rebates; electric school buses; solar on public buildings and schools; electric panel upgrades; energy storage incentives; distributed energy resources systems; heat pumps; energy storage system capacity; thermal energy network site suitability study; grid-enhancing technologies; Sabathani Community Center geothermal energy system; geothermal planning; Dakota County energy efficient projects; anaerobic digester energy system; SolarAPP+ program; and ultraefficient vehicle development.
