    Description: Report that reviews and summarizes antidisplacement community programming, including: (1) fiscal review of all expenditures; (2) criteria for determining whether a prospective expenditure is for a qualifying purpose; (3) description of programs or activities funded with expenditures approved by the Antidisplacement Community Prosperity Program Board; (4) source and amount of money collected and distributed by the Antidisplacement Community Prosperity Program Board; (5) explanation of administrative expenses and staffing costs related to the administration of the program; (6) detailed financial information of nonstate funding received; (7) a detailed financial review of instances when the Antidisplacement Community Prosperity Program Board required a complete, independent financial audit to the extent allowed under law; and (8) documentation of any identified misuse of expenditures or expenditures not deemed to be a qualified purpose

    Note: By August 1, 2024, the Antidisplacement Community Prosperity Program Board must be convened and meet a minimum of three times. On or after January 1, 2025, the Antidisplacement Community Prosperity Program Board must meet at least quarterly to consider, review, and approve proposed expenditures. The Antidisplacement Community Prosperity Program Board expires on June 30, 2030.
