    Description: Multimodal Minnesota State Fair transportation plan for implementation at the 2024 Minnesota State Fair that: (1) determines methods to reduce motor vehicle traffic, congestion, and parking in the area of the Minnesota State Fairgrounds; (2) identifies improvements to the transportation experience for attendees at the Minnesota State Fair; (3) expands bicycle access and secure storage, including at park-and-ride locations; (4) improves support for ride hailing and transportation network companies; and (5) specifies public distribution of information on transportation options and services
