Performance report on the highways for habitat program, including: progress on implementing the highways for habitat program; a fiscal review that identifies expenditures under the program; and an investment plan for each district of the department for the next biennium. (b) The performance report must be reviewed by the department's chief engineer. (c) This subdivision expires December 31, 2033.
