Reports are due from Minn. Dept. of Employment and Economic Development to the Legislature by February 15, 2025, February 15, 2026, and February 15, 2027. (These due dates are as amended by 2024 Minn. Laws Chap. 120 Art. 9 Sec. 6.)
Reports are due from partner organizations to the Minn. Dept. of Employment and Economic Development by January 31, 2024, January 31, 2025, and January 31, 2026. Those reports must include: (1) an account of all loans made through the program the preceding calendar year and the impact of those loans on community businesses and job creation for targeted groups; (2) information on the source and amount of money collected and distributed under the program, its assets and liabilities, and an explanation of administrative expenses; and (3) an independent audit of grant funds performed in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices and auditing standards.
