Written notification to the Transportation Programming and Investment Committee if the Minn. Dept. of Transportation does not follow a decision or recommendation made by the Transportation Programming and Investment Committee, explaining the reasons for the decision. The notification must be posted on the Minn. Dept. of Transportation website within seven business days of its submission to the Transportation Programming and Investment Committee, and must remain posted for two calendar years.
