    Note: Grantees are mandated to report to Minn. Dept. of Human Services annually by December 31, beginning in 2020. The Minn. Dept. of Human Services then must include information on the shelter-linked youth mental health services program as part of the separate biennial report on its Homeless Youth Act Biennial Report, due biennially in odd-numbered years on February 28, as mandated by 2006 Minn. Laws Chap. 264 Sec. 13 Subd. 2 (Minn. Stat. 256K.45 Subd. 2). 2024 Minn. Laws Chap. 127 Art. 66 Sec. 17 restarted the biennial mandate with a first due date of February 1, 2025.
