Note: In consultation with the commissioner of health. Statute lists four requirements for the content of the report: describe compliance with U.S. Code and federal regulations; identify enforcement actions during past year; detail any corrective actions; and describe information provided to the public by commissioners of commerce or health on alcoholism, mental health, or chemical dependency parity protections under state and federal law. This reporting mandate statute was renumbered from Minn. Stat. 62Q.47(h) to Minn. Stat. 62Q.47(k) by amendment in 2023 Minn. Laws Chap. 57 Art. 2 Sec. 45.
