    Note: MDH stated that this is not their report. 2012 Minn. Laws Chap. 247 Art. 4 Sec. 3 changed the due date of the first report from 2004 to 2013. 2022 Minn. Laws Chap. 98 Art. 14 Sec. 6 amended this law to mandate that Minn. Dept. of Health and Minn. Dept. of Human Services post compiled data on at least one of their websites, instead of publishing a biennial report.
