    Description: A report summarizing the Minnesota Premium Security Plan (MPSP) operations for each benefit year by posting the summary on the Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association Web site and making the summary otherwise available by November 1 of the year following the applicable benefit year or 60 calendar days following the final disbursement of reinsurance payments for the applicable benefit year, whichever is later.

    Note: "MCHA will make available an annual report summarizing the plan operations by November 1 of 2019 for the 2018 calendar year or within 60 calendar days following the final disbursement of reinsurance payments for the 2018 benefit year which ever is later. Another annual report will be provided for calendar year 2019 by November 2020. When these reports are available, they will be posted on this page." [https://mchamn.com/psp-results] This subdivision was amended by 2019 Minn. Stat. 1st Spec. Sess. Ch. 9 Art. 8 Sec. 7 to mandate a separate quarterly report to be sent to the chairs of legislative committees with jurisdiction over commerce and health (as well as the Commerce Commissioner), and to require seven specific elements in the reports.
