Note: This mandate replaced 168A.40 Subd. 2 (which was repealed by 2000 Minn. Laws Chap. 488 Art. 6 Sec. 13). It appears that a formal report is not done with this data now, just posted on website: https://mn.gov/commerce/industries/fraud-bureau/prevention-program.jsp Under 2021 Minn. Laws 1st Spl. Sess. Chap. 4 Art. 6 Sec. 22 (Minn. Stat. 325E.21 Subd. 1(g)), this report must include a report describing the progress, results, and any findings of the catalytic converter theft prevention pilot project. 2022 Minn. Laws Chap. 93 Art. 2 Sec. 28 changed the due date for this report from January 15 of each year to September 30 of each year. The next report after that change is due by September 30, 2023. 2025 Minn. Laws Chap. 35, Art. 3, Sec. 15 changed agency to DPS from Dept. of Commerce.
