2013 Minn. Laws Chap. 114 Art. 4 Sec. 79 adds a requirement to report on the implementation of an architectural paint stewardship program. Sec. 86 makes the Toxic Pollution Prevention Evaluation Report done in conjunction with this one.
The Minn. Pollution Control Agency informed legislators in January 2022 that the next edition of this report would be late. As of February 2022 the agency is working on completing it for approval.
