The statutory language must only contain:
(1) existing legal authority identified by the Minn. Dept. of Human Services Office of Inspector General that the Minn. Dept. of Human Services Office of Inspector General relies upon to carry out its duties; and
(2) policies and procedures necessary for the Minn. Dept. of Human Services Office of Inspector General to carry out its existing duties.
The Minn. Dept. of Human Services must not include desired policy changes to the Minn. Dept. of Human Services Office of Inspector General, its structure, or its duties within the codification language.
