Note: This mandate is for the Priority Admissions Review Panel established by law in 2025. There was a previous panel with the same name that also published a mandated report, in February 2025. The Priority Admissions Review Panel did not come to full agreement on recommendations by the report due date. The Panel met on February 17, 2026 and as of February 24, 2026 are still in the drafting process for the report. They hope to finalize the report in March 2026.
