Report on consolidated local transportation financials, including:
(1) for each funding source: (a) actual allocations or collections to the reporting unit for each of the previous five calendar years; (b) balance actuals for each of the previous five calendar years; (c) estimates of the amount that is expected to be allocated to or collected by the reporting unit in the current year and for the next five calendar years; and (d) planning, project development, construction, operation, or maintenance of guideways, nonguideway transit uses, active transportation uses, highway uses, and uses not otherwise specified, for each of the previous five calendar years, the current calendar year, and for the next five calendar years;
(2) for metropolitan counties, the amounts expended or proposed to be expended each of the previous five calendar years; the current calendar year; and the next five calendar years
(3) subtotals for each reporting unit
(4) totals for all reporting units
