The first report is due by August 15, 2026, and then reports are due each year by January 15 and by July 15. This mandate expires after Minn. Dept. of Children, Youth, and Families reports that the child welfare information system modernization has been substantially completed
The reports under this mandate are a continuation of a series that starts with a first report mandated separately under 2025 Minn. Laws 1st Spl. Sess. Chap. 3 Art. 11 Sec. 6 Subd. 6(a).
