Due at the time of the delivery of each February and November forecast of state revenue and expenditures. This reporting mandate is effective the day after the transfer of $23,000,000.00 from the health occupations licensing account in the state government special revenue fund to the general fund, as is mandated to occur by May 31, 2026 under 2025 Minn. Laws Spec. Sess. 1 Chap. 3 Art. 23 Sec. 7. This reporting mandate expires June 30, 2030.
