Report on the number of extensions to deadlines for agency action that are made for any decision under Minnesota Rules on wetland conservation between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2027. The report must also include information on all other decisions made under wetland conservation rules for requests that are not subject to time deadlines for agency action, providing statistics on the time from submission of a complete wetland boundary, and type or wetland replacement plan application to the government unit responsible for making the decision on the application, to the approval or denial of the application
