Description: Study to identify the contribution of covered products to litter and water pollution in Minnesota that includes: (1) analysis of historical and current environmental impacts and human health impacts of littered covered materials and their associated toxic substances in the environment; (2) an estimate of the cost of cleanup and prevention; and (3) recommendations for how to reduce and mitigate the impacts of litter in the state
