Dept. of Commerce said: "A report hasn't been developed because grantee(s) has not yet has fulfilled the obligations of the grantee's grant agreement. Once all obligations from all grantees are fulfilled a report will be developed." The programs listed in "Description" above are those named under 2023 Minn. Laws Chap. 60 Art. 10 Sec. 2; 2023 Minn. Laws Chap. 60 Art. 11 Sec. 2; 2024 Minn. Laws Chap. 126 Art. 4; and 2024 Minn. Laws Chap. 126 Art. 4 Sec. 5. This is a duplicate reporting mandate to the one under 2024 Minn. Laws Chap. 127 Art. 40 Sec. 4(b).
