Description: Report on details of student aid programs (Summer academic enrichment, Minnesota Promise, Minnesota State Grants, Grants for Students with Intellectual and developmental disabilities, MnReconnect, Foster grants, child care grants, Student-parent support initiative, Indian Scholarships, underrepresented student teacher grants, student teacher grants in shortage areas, alternative teacher preparation grants, North Star Promise, and work-study), including: (1) total funds appropriated and expended; (2) total number of students applying for funds; (3) total number of students receiving funds; (4) average and total award amounts; (5) summary demographic data on award recipients; (6) retention rates of award recipients; (7) completion rates of award recipients; (8) average cumulative debt at exit or graduation; and (9) average time to completion

Stats. 136A.091 to 136A.1276, Minn. Stat. 136A.1465, and Minn. Stats. 136A.231 to 136A.246
