    Description: Report on timeliness of rental assistance, with analysis of data collected to monitor application speeds of the Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program (FHPAP), and analysis of whether goals have been met to (1) process an emergency rental assistance application within two weeks of the receipt of a complete application, and (2) if an application is approved, make payment to a landlord within 30 days of the receipt of a complete application
