Report detailing efforts of the Minn. Dept. of Public Safety to produce materials for non-English speaking persons, including: (1) locations of deputy registrars and driver's license agents who serve a substantial number of non-English speaking people on a yearly basis; (2) languages requested at locations serving a substantial number of non-English speaking people; (3) number of requests for materials in languages other than English; (4) expenditures used on producing equivalent materials in languages other than English; (5) recommended legislative changes needed to produce equivalent materials in languages other than English statewide; (6) information or feedback from deputy registrars and driver's license agents; and (7) information or feedback from persons who requested equivalent materials under this section
