Report on the results and findings of the work zone pilot project that utilized camera-based speed enforcement to issue warnings, including: (1) a review of the work zone pilot project; (2) data on warning notices issued by the pilot project, with breakouts by year, location, and trunk highway type; (3) an evaluation of disparities in impacts under the work zone pilot project; (4) recommendations on the calibration, installation, enforcement, administration, adjudication, and implementation of speed camera traffic enforcement in trunk highway work zones, including any statutory or legislative changes needed; and (5) recommendations on integrating trunk highway work zone speed camera enforcement into Minn. Dept. of Transportation strategies, practices, and methods to reduce vehicle speeds and enhance worker safety in work zones
