Report on traffic safety camera systems, including: (1) a review of the pilot program; (2) data on citations issued under the pilot program, with breakouts by year and location; (3) a summary of the results of an independent evaluation of traffic safety camera systems; an evaluation of disparities in impacts under the pilot programs, including by income, by race, and in communities that are historically underrepresented in transportation planning; identification of fiscal impacts of implementation of traffic safety camera systems; and
(6) recommendations regarding ongoing traffic safety camera implementation, including a draft legislative proposal.
