Mandate Details

Description: Initial statewide assessment to establish a baseline for the prevalence of cannabis flower use and the use of cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, and hemp-derived consumer products in the state, and the trends in hospital-treated cannabis poisoning and adverse events broken out by: (1) the current age of the customer; (2) the age at which the customer began consuming cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, or hemp-derived consumer products; (3) whether the customer consumes cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, or hemp-derived consumer products, and by type of product that the customer consumes, if applicable; (4) the amount of cannabis flower, cannabis product, lower-potency hemp edible, or hemp-derived consumer product typically consumed at one time; (5) the typical frequency of consumption; and (6) other criteria specified by the Minn. Dept. of Health
