Note: Due date imputed. "The Minnesota Secure Choice Retirement Program is a State-facilitated retirement Program that will require employers with five or more employees to participate in the Program. Employers that already offer a retirement plan will not have to participate. The Minnesota Secure Choice Board has established January 20, 2026, as the public launch date of the Program. The Program will be rolled out in phases based on employee headcount over the next two years, starting with the largest employers employing 100 or more employees and the final phase consisting of the smallest employers employing 5 to 9 employees."
